Good Experience
Bought a used car recently and while a few issues were missed during the PDI checks (a jammed cigarette lighter with coins behind it, broken rear air vent clip and an electric seat adjustment issue that seems to be a loose connection), I understand that faults can happen "” it's part of buying a used car.What matters more is how it's handled, and to be fair, the team offered resolutions straight away for the seat fix. I just can't easily travel 100 miles back to them, so I'll likely get it sorted locally unless the seat is covered under warranty. Please advise. Still giving 5 stars because the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout, and everything else about the experience was excellent. Great showroom, great people "” 10/10 for the rest of it! Highly Recommend.

My experience of the distance purchase was nothing short of complete confidence in RVS Performance and Dean. I was extremely pleased with the personal service he gave me. Nothing was too much trouble and he even oversaw in my absence the fitting of a Ghost Immobiliser. It's now three days since I collected the car and I'm extremely pleased with it. I would recommend to anyone who is considering a distance purchase to use RVS I have no hesitation in recommending RVS Performance and Dean; he certainly went the extra mile.

The 'Dean' team (including Lewis and the boys in the workshop) as usual have been fantastic!! This is the third vehicle I have had from Dean (RVS) and each time he/they have been great. I like their casual approach to sales, no pushy tactics, you just come across for a viewing and a chat and then you decide if you like what you see., to be fair the vehicles do the talking, as they all look awesome!! Any further upgrades you wish to add are always accommodated without any fuss. Dean keeps you advised at every step of the process. The vehicle is pristine on collection (unlike some other dealers I have attended) and the new showroom facelift is a very nice place to view and collect the vehicles from. Keep up the good work lads, and I will be in touch once the Amarok is ready to be swapped out again. 10/10 on all levels.

I'm normally very skeptical about using 2nd hand dealers but my experience with Ramsey Vehicle sales has been great. Dean picked me up from the train station, and I was offered a test drive and was not rushed or put under any pressure. So I decided to purchase the vehicle.
A week or so later I identified a small issue with the car and got an immediate response from Ramsey.
I was able to take it to a local dealers (as I live 3hrs away from them) and the problem was rectified with no quibbles. Couldnt ask for any more!
